Project Description: The Conrad Hilton Foundation has commissioned the Tanzania Early Childhood Network (TECDEN) to spearhead the development of a comprehensive Tanzania Early Childhood Scorecard. This initiative is strategically aligned with the existing Early Childhood Development (ECD) Dashboard, which serves as an integrated platform aggregating data and indicators from various ECD-related systems across Tanzania.
